SCAM SCAM SCAM ALERT!!!! As a professional mechanic who lives in Orange County, my heater hose blew up. It should cost about $10 from parts, $50 (MAX) for coolant. Less than 1 hour work to do it if you have the right tools. Unfortunately, I needed someone to fix it close by the airport since I didn't have the right tools, and the car couldn't be driven. I was not going to pay a $500 towing to fix such an easy problem. A total of $250 (max) to do the job became a $1950 because apparently they needed to change all the hoses, all the clams (idk why?) just because they were old... welp my whole car (2010 Jetta) is old, you wanna give me a new one then? All those parts had been working properly, but they deny any type of business that will make such a little profit. PLEASE take your business somewhere else, they'll act friendly with you but if you don't know about cars they will squeeze you like an orange.

Came in for a repair on my tire. The team was quick and efficient and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Definitely recommend for any auto needs you have in the PDR area.

Continue to have my Chevy serviced here as of April 2021...they are very thorough and I feel confident in their work! I believe their services are priced fairly considering what they recommended to be done. I am fully confident in their abilities. I want to keep my car running well as it has 100k miles and I am not in a position to get a new vehicle. Have been returning to LMAC including also just for the regular lube and oil services. I had great experience working with Tim & Paul at Loyola Marina Auto Care! These two know their business, are very pleasant to work with, do excellent work, fast/efficient, professional, and really care about their Customers. I highly recommend Tim & Paul at Loyola Marina Auto Care!!! My story... I was in the market for a catalytic converter shield for my daughter's car and searched the internet for a custom fit part for her 2017 Corolla. One did not exist and I luckily stumbled across Cat Security products. They mentioned their Prius Gen 2 product fit and referred me to Loyola Marina Auto Care as one of their distributors that installed the Prius part on a 2014 Corolla. Drove over to Loyola Marina Auto Care to discuss if the part would fit and if it did I was ready to purchase and do the install at home . They confirmed it fit and provided the details to do the installation as I'm a DIY'er. Unfortunately, I did not have the right tools at home. They were able to take me without an appointment and completed the work in about an hour. I looked at the work they did on the car and not only did it fit perfectly, the install was great!

I have been completely satisfied with the services his business has provided. In addition, I am disabled, and they have gone over and above to make me comfortable when I have waited for repairs and service. I can recommend Loyola Marina without hesitation. Wow! I got referred to this spot by another auto body parts. I called them and they were able to get me in within one hour. They did a full diagnostic and was able to tell me everything that was going on with my car. Tim, one of the men that worked on my vehicle, was nice enough to show me exactly what he was working on. They fixed my car and I was able to pick it up 24 hours after dropping it off. Which was even sooner than they had quoted! Absolutely give this place a call!

Tim and everyone there understood my frustration with why I had to bring my vehicle in and helped me get it resolved. They had my service done the very same day!
