Is so hard to look for a trustworthy mechanic especially in LA. I'm so happy that a good friend recommended me Loyola Marina Auto Care. I took in my 2003 BMW for a check engine light and trust me when I say I was so afraid as BMW are not a cheap car to maintain. For my surprise it was not a big thing and Tim call me explain what was the problem and it just took him a day to fix and the prize was so reasonable. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Thank you Tim and your wonderful staff.

Wonderful customer service! I was very nervous about bringing my car somewhere new but Tim and his team went above and beyond in caring for my car. It is clear they are passionate about what they do and dedicated to their customers. They helped fix my car within the day, both times my car has needed services, mindful of both my time and budget. Tim took the time to explain processes to me and answer my questions in detail, even providing me more information by email when I asked about something specific. I'm very happy with brake work they did on our 2008 Corolla. They serviced the rear drum brakes and did not hit me up for unnecessary parts. They were able to clean, lube and refinish and came in way under estimate. They also noticed cracks in drive belt and replaced that. They called me with diagnosis, completed work on time and even vacuumed the interior. I will be back.

Woah, this place was really good! They finished my car up in a timely manner and were honest with me. I can now say I have a new mechanic and as a girl I really trust this shop. I don't feel like I'm being ripped off. Great customer service and a super cute little waiting area w/ coffee & tea. Has a retro feel. I will definitely be returning and recommending my friends to go there.
