My past reviews are on here. Always get reliable and honest service. This time they were able to take me in last minute early in the morning and analyze my emergency car situation, just prior to a weekend holiday. Tested out everything, car is definitely drivable (for now, with my monitoring it) but the final assessment is not good and I am shopping for another vehicle. With approx 155k I am not complaining it has had a good life. I will return with another future vehicle when that time comes. Thanks Loyola Marina Team for all the reliable services!

Good reason to have a long relationship with the same garage. My battery was weak and since I bought it at Loyola they quickly found it was still under warranty and replaced it with no charge. (except for some labor). Always pleasant to deal with.. Thanks guys !

OUTSTANDING SERVICE; GREAT STAFF. David and Miguel quickly ran diagnostics on our EV (BMW i3) and identified the issue (needed new auxiliary battery). They contacted us every step of the way and kept us informed. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous staff.

This shop is amazing. Great communication and great service. Very easy to work with. Our repairs have been done properly, appropriately priced, and on time. We have found our forever auto repair. The staff is also very nice.

They are very thorough and ensure all areas of the car are checked. They are very helpful. Fairly reasonable; however, with the tarifs I am not sure any parts for cars are low in price. I would recommend this company no matter your auto's style or age.

There are near 150k miles on my older car which I enjoy driving. I felt the ouch of paying a higher service bill this time for urgent necessary work that I discussed with Loyola at my previous visit. But I reminded myself that I do not want to shell out money for a new car and then also have new car payments and higher insurance (I'm not there yet). I don't drive much so this is what it is. And I totally trust Loyola and their thoroughness. No complaints.

In early September, my car stalled 2 blocks from Loyola Marina I called and spoke with Miguel a mechanic came to see me in 5 minutes and drove the car to Loyola Marina. The alternator went bad and it was under warranty and they repaired it in 2 days. Paul and Miguel are great to deal with they are nice and fair and do great work. I have been going to Loyola Marina for over 7 years and have always treated me well with fair estimates and so easy to interact and complete the car work on time.
