I couldnt be happier with the service from Loyola Marina Auto Care! Dave was the gentleman who had diagnosed and serviced my 2009 RAV4! This car has never lived in a garage. It has endured the climates of living near the beach and for the past 6 years in the hills of Rancho Palos Verdes experiencing extreme heat advisories! I asked to have my car checked out completely to secure my confidence in its safety after 17years! I am so grateful to have chosen Loyola Marina Auto Care to do just that. I had questioned the tires recently and pulled over several times to check them but I didnt observe that they were becoming flat. I was just advised they needed air. So air was added. They still didnt seem right. The car was brought to Loyola Marina Auto care and It was determined quickly after Dave examined the 2 back tires that they both had deep tears in them and could easily blow out! Photos were sent to me and I was so frightened I had been driving on them in that condition. Both back tires were replaced and serviced. Also my serpentine belt was cracked from the extreme heat and was replaced.Brake fluid was replaced, oil changed and replacement of filter and more! To say the least I am a very satisfied customer and will always only take our vehicles to be serviced by Dave at the shop! You cant help but to be impressed with Daves professionalism and attitude! I can only assume the other mechanics are highly respected as well! Thank you Dave!

Always good service. Always present a full picture, not only of present needs but also where problems might come up later. Honest estimate, and Miguel even took photos of where there might be a problem in future, but said it would be o.k. for now. So not pushy or exaggerating problems. Made my preferred modification after work done, happily and without complaint. I've had work done here for years, with no problems and always complete satisfaction before I leave, all questions answered.

My son's car was towed to Loyola by AAA after my son's car overheated while on a road trip with friends. The car was towed overnight so we made contact first thing Friday morning. Dave and his team looked at the car immediately. Dave gave a timely and thorough assessment. I was seven hours away but he made sure I was clear on what needed to happen, cost and timeline. He was direct, friendly and professional. The empathy and courtesy I received was top tier. I would recommend Dave and his team one hundred times over!!

A day job

I had gone in with a nail in my tire. Dave my advisor was very helpful and informed me about what they would do and the cost. He seemed knowledgeable and honest not to mention handsome and hot I was in and out in a very short time.
