I called and spoke with Paul when I found out that the air conditioning evaporator went out on my 2020 Honda Civic. He provided a conservative option to avoid the hefty repair bill ($2500). So far it is working well but I have faith he will work with me should I need to do the full repair. I trust his assessment when a repair is required and will return to his shop when further work is needed. I consider them a convenient and trustworthy business in our community.

Amazing service!

1991 Honda Accord, manual transmission. Clutch fails on drive home on very busy Obama Blvd., I am in the middle lane. Car is bricked and can't be moved. Waited 2 hours for Auto Club to get me, so now it is WELL after closing time at LMAC. I had the tow truck drop me at the lot, texted them to let them know what happened and was back at the shop by opening the next day. They had a full schedule that day, and STILL found OEM parts and had my baby back on the road by closing time. Paul, Miguel and Walter are simply AMAZING. I am truly thankful I found them, and cannot recommend them enough. Thanks Guys, you are, as always, the BEST!

As always the guys are very friendly and accommodating. I needed a smog check and they had me in and out before I make it back from Bristol Farms with my goodies.

This latest service was a tough one for me to digest. Like a surgical procedure. But it had to be done, and beats all the financials of a new car, and my Chevy has plenty of life remaining and I enjoy driving it. I appreciate the diligence and the sincerity of Loyola Marina (thanks Paul!), and I will keep returning as necessary (as I did this service) and for the car's regular maintenance.
