Finding a good auto care shop with both technical expertise and great customer service can be a challenge. I know... I've dealt with a few who missed the mark! So when looking for a new shop in our neighborhood after my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Plug-In was off warranty, I did my research and positive reviews led me to Loyola Marina Auto Care. My husband beat me to the punch when his car needed work before mine, but he was so pleased, I was confident we'd found the right place. Paul is the main guy we've dealt with, and he is always friendly and efficient, ready to get us in and out as quickly as possible. Appointments have always been easy to make and within the time-frame desired, and once you drop your car off, he's quick to check back with the report of recommended repairs. Their prices are fair, there's no upselling, no push for higher priced maintenance, so I trust that what gets done is what was needed. We're delighted to have found our shop, conveniently in our own neighborhood, and highly recommend the business.

It’s nice going to a shop that you can trust. I took my truck in for a brake job. As it turned out, I didn’t need to have the brakes replaced. Once they inspected my brakes they recommended a simple cleaning and adjustment. My brakes now feel so much better and quiet. This was a huge savings. They also found other issues that I should keep an eye on. Thanks guys

These guys are great. They take care of me every time I am in whether it be a simple oil change or something more complicated i always have my truck back same day. And the work is thoughtful and high quality.

LMAC is a treasure! Honest, dependable, personable, and did I mention HONEST? Ask them anything, they will find an answer - even if it isn't the one you want. Ask them to show you the old parts, they will, and they will show you where it went (if possible) and show you the new installation. Their estimates are never changed without letting you know - and they listen! Even better, if they can't handle the job (not often!), they will tell you up front. I can't thank them enough for keeping my 1991 on the road through thick and thin...!
