Had my truck stolen and recovered minus the catlytic convertor .Called various repair shops recommended by my insurance company, None could help me. Fortunatly someone on Nextdoor recommended Loyola Marina auto care. I called and spoke with Paul. I told him about the problem I was having finding a repair facility. He said that his shop could handle the repair work. I contacted my insurance company and they made arrangements to have the truck repaired. I now have the truck back fully repaired. I can't thank Paul enough for his patience and his helpfulness in this matter. If I could, I would give them a ten star rating

Discovered this place about about 3 years ago after my daughter’s catalytic converter was stolen. Quick, respectful and fair. They just did a ton of work on her heap and we’ll hopefully get a few more years out of it. Thanks

Finding a good auto care shop with both technical expertise and great customer service can be a challenge. I know... I've dealt with a few who missed the mark! So when looking for a new shop in our neighborhood after my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Plug-In was off warranty, I did my research and positive reviews led me to Loyola Marina Auto Care. My husband beat me to the punch when his car needed work before mine, but he was so pleased, I was confident we'd found the right place. Paul is the main guy we've dealt with, and he is always friendly and efficient, ready to get us in and out as quickly as possible. Appointments have always been easy to make and within the time-frame desired, and once you drop your car off, he's quick to check back with the report of recommended repairs. Their prices are fair, there's no upselling, no push for higher priced maintenance, so I trust that what gets done is what was needed. We're delighted to have found our shop, conveniently in our own neighborhood, and highly recommend the business.
